Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities of the lounge
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check identification to ensure that guests meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Upsell drinks and menu items to increase revenue
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
