Requirements

• One to three months related experience or training.
• State-mandated beverage service certificate (in states where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Make specific food & beverage suggestions for all courses.
• Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures.
• Conduct wine service.
