The Pumphouse Brewery & Red Zone Sports Bar is seeking dedicated and experienced bartenders to join our vibrant team. We are looking for individuals who are trustworthy, hardworking, and possess a strong focus on hospitality. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with shifts available during nights and weekends. We particularly need candidates who are available on Sunday nights. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting and serving a variety of beverages. You will need to maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards. Your role will also involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring that their experience at the bar is enjoyable and memorable. We value teamwork and expect our bartenders to work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive atmosphere for both employees and patrons. Candidates should have at least 6 months of bartending experience in a full-service bar environment, along with a strong knowledge and appreciation of craft beer. We are looking for individuals who can handle high-stress situations with grace and maintain a keen eye for detail. A love for college and professional sports is a bonus, as it aligns with our bar's theme and clientele.
