About The Position
As a Bartender at Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents and guests. Located in a beautiful 94-acre continuing care retirement community, this position involves preparing cocktails, taking food orders, and serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Your service will align with the mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of Erickson Senior Living, ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth and timely experience. You will become a subject matter expert on our menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, which will enable you to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in our pub or restaurant. In this part-time role, you will work 24 hours a week, primarily on weekdays and Sundays. Your responsibilities will include not only the preparation and serving of drinks and food but also handling payments and replenishing supplies as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality service to our residents and their families. You will be part of a dedicated team that values quality of life, as most of our restaurant employees finish their shifts before 9 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
