About The Position
P.J. Marley's and The Farmer's Table are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic bartender to join our team in Medina, OH. Our ideal candidate is someone who is attentive, punctual, and hard-working, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greeting guests promptly, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Your ability to communicate specials and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. In this role, you will consistently mix cocktails and pour drinks, ensuring that each beverage meets our high standards. You will also be responsible for checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age, restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Staying guest-focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience is paramount, as is complying with all food and beverage regulations. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team. We have available shifts throughout the week, and we offer competitive compensation ranging from $4.65 to $6.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
