About The Position

Finca Pintxos Bar in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Lead Bartender to enhance its cocktail and beverage program. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Conduct a walk-through of the facility to check cleanliness and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure music and lighting are set to approved levels.
  • Review staffing schedules and make necessary adjustments.
  • Verify that all food and beverage menu items are in stock.
  • Prepare pre-service notes for the team, including product and shift notes.
  • Ensure staff is in uniform and ready for service.
  • Engage with guests at every table to enhance their experience.
  • Assist the bar with bartending and selling wines as primary duties.
  • Manage semi-weekly orders for supplies and products.
  • Update par sheets and communicate product outages to management.
  • Program new items into the menu and remove 86'd items.
