About The Position

Under the supervision of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the Bartender completes all set-up duties on time and maintains a high standard of cleanliness to MPGE bar areas as well as serving guests and servers according to established policies. The primary responsibility is to ensure excellent guest experiences are maintained at all times. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of one (1) year in high-volume bartending or a bartending certification with six (6) months of customer service experience
• TIPS or SMART certification
• ServSafe, Sanitation and Safety certifications
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
• Extensive understanding of spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, glassware, and beverage service techniques
