About The Position

Join Award-winning Chef Roberto Alcocer at Vallé, a Guadalupe Valley Kitchen, Michelin Star Restaurant, as he draws on the traditions of Mexico's renowned wine region and the bounty of local farms and sea food, to create Valle's bold cuisine paired with a selection on Mexican wine, best enjoyed on the seaside dining veranda in the Dining Room which boasts beautiful ocean views. Guest can enjoy an intimate dining experience with a Chef's tasting menu or a la carte, or if is the case of a special celebratory evening up to eight in our private dining room. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders and manning the bar area. The Bartender will prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards and provide a weing and clean environment for guests.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3+ years of Bartending experience in a fine dining establishment (Michelin Star preferred).
• 3+ years experience in F&B.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be available for PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest orders and man the bar area.
• Prepare beverages in accordance with menu and Valle standards.
• Provide a clean environment for guests.
