Under general supervision of the Beverage Supervisor, maintain the bar area. Provides excellent customer service in a timely manner. Prepare all drink orders, delivers and refills drink orders, and responds to guest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately.

Keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter.
Effectively communicate concerns and information to supervisor and listen to communication from supervisor.
Effectively relate ideas for improvements to supervisor and management in accordance with chain of command.
Observe and report any and all unsafe behavior displayed by internal and external guests.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Identify product, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Identify bar needs and communicate them to supervisor; set up, stock, clean, maintain, and break down work area.
Maintain a proper, complete, and clean uniform.
Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
Ensure cleanliness of bar, stock room, and equipment.
Collect and manage customer payments.
Maintain good communication with co-workers.
Follow all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of all privileged information.
Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required.
Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Must be 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
Six months customer service experience preferred.
Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
Required to maintain a valid Driver's License.
Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
