About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Bartender/Server to provide an outstanding guest experience at our establishment. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Responsible for being on time in proper uniform
• Full knowledge on preparation of all beer and wine drinks, as well as specialty agave wine based cocktails
• Responsible for bar set up, cleanliness and sanitation, and bar breakdown
• Responsible for full food menu knowledge, suggestive selling and serving food to bar guests
• Running food
• Side duties
• Opening duties
• Closing duties
• Potential for taking and packaging to go orders, and overall hospitality
• Adherence to all employee handbook rules and policies
