About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Bartender/Server to join our team! This is a year-round position with flexible part-time hours, ideal for someone looking to earn extra income. Weekend availability is required.

Location: Jones Mills, PA

Service Schedule Overview:
In Season (May – October):
2–3 dinner services per week
5 lunch services per week
2 breakfast services per week
Off Season (November – April):
2 dinner services per week
3 lunch services per week
2 breakfast services per week

Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving experience required
• At least 1 year of bartending experience required
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working weekends
• Open to occasional weekday or holiday shifts if needed

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service to members and guests (We follow a member-first approach: address members as Mr./Mrs./Ms., maintain a friendly yet professional rapport)
• Serving food and drinks, maintaining tabs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience
• Keeping all areas clean — including bar surfaces, dining rooms, grill room, and patio
• Cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and performing light side work during downtime
• Stocking silverware, glasses, condiments, coffee supplies, and garnishes
• Polishing glassware and silverware, rolling silverware, and folding napkins as needed
• Working professionally with all staff and departments
• Bartenders may be scheduled to serve tables depending on need
