Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Minimum 2 years’ experience serving preferred.
Be aware, attentive and work well with others.
Ability to accept, guidance, and constructive criticism.
Must possess oral and written English skills, and must be able to communicate with Guest and other Team Members effectively.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Available to work overtime if needed.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 to 8 hours a shift.
Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Accept card payment from each guest served.
Prepare guest beverages.
Pick up online food orders and deliver to guests.
Maintain knowledge of offered menu and pricing.
Maintain proper grooming. (hair restrained, hand washing, etc.).
Properly operate POS and card readers in accordance with cash handling policy.
May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
Maintain a guest ready environment which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
Keep food preparation areas clean and organized.
Ensure that guest satisfaction is the focus of each position at all times.
Have good attendance and punctuality.
