Requirements

• Previous experience in a bartending and serving role within a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
• Maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance that reflects the standards of our community.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with members and guests effectively.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our community thrives during these times.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a selection of premium cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink is a delightful experience.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to our members and guests, anticipating their needs and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist in serving food and beverages with elegance, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor throughout the dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and a harmonious dining atmosphere.
• Demonstrate and maintain thorough knowledge of Clubhouse Menu and daily specials.
• Accurately and efficiently enters orders in POS system.
• Maintain inventory of liquors, supplies, and beverages needed at bar and inform management when additional supplies are required.
• Ensure freshness and quality of fruits and juices.
• Arrange cups and bottles to maintain predetermined display.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining and work area at all times, in accordance with the Health Code regulations.
• Provide support to the kitchen and other FOH team members when necessary.
• Follow alcohol awareness safety standards.
• Communicate kindly, clearly, and efficiently with team members, receive information and feedback, take action on observations and feedback received.
• Comply with departmental and Club policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
