Prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages during bartending shifts.
Support team members during high-volume shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, whether on the floor or behind the bar.
Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.

Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in an upscale dining environment.
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player who can seamlessly transition between serving and bartending roles.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fine dining experience (2 years preferred).
