About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits along with food service practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in hospitality is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Oracle POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Take orders and serve dining tables within the restaurant and patio areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including catering events.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the menu offerings.
