About The Position
Siam Lotus Asian Kitchen and Bar, a family-owned and operated upscale Thai restaurant located in downtown Beaverton, is seeking to hire both a Bartender and a Server. The restaurant is known for its exceptional food and five-star customer service, and it is situated in a growing neighborhood with consistent business. The Bartender position requires the ability to craft specialty cocktails quickly and consistently, while also being knowledgeable about the full menu, food specials, and all beer, wine, and cocktail offerings. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the service industry who is eager to provide outstanding service to customers. The Server position is open to individuals with some experience, although entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply. Successful candidates must be quick learners, possess speed and time efficiency, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest levels of service. The restaurant operates lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with a growing crowd for Happy Hour specials. The ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, great attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar station. Long-term employment is preferred, and applicants should be prepared to provide a resume and references during the interview process.
