The Bartender / Server / Cashier position is part of the Food and Beverage department and reports to the Management Team. This role is non-exempt and involves greeting guests, selling menu items, and providing excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, preparing items for sale, and ensuring proper stock levels. The position requires inputting orders into the POS system, accepting payments, and adhering to state laws regarding alcoholic beverage sales. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining the area before and after shifts, communicating orders effectively, and following safety procedures.
