About The Position
As a Stadium Club Bartender at the Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel, you will be the life of the party, crafting delicious drinks and creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for our guests. Your mixology skills, outgoing personality, and passion for providing exceptional service will be the key ingredients in making every visit to our stadium club a memorable experience. From mixing classic cocktails to creating exciting game-day specials, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic time during events and games. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity. Engaging with guests enthusiastically, you will take drink orders, suggest popular concoctions, and cater to individual preferences and tastes. Your ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure that all tools and equipment are readily available will be essential in providing seamless service. Additionally, you will be expected to promote signature cocktails and special drinks to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience. Compliance with all alcohol-serving regulations and ensuring responsible alcohol consumption is crucial, as is monitoring guest behavior to maintain a safe environment. You will also contribute to the planning and execution of special drink menus or themed promotions for game days and events, while staying updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to continually improve your skills and creativity.
