About The Position

As a bartender at Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes or guest preferences. Your role will involve engaging with patrons, taking their orders, and providing drink recommendations to enhance their experience. You will also be responsible for verifying the legal drinking age of guests, processing payments, and ensuring the bar is clean, stocked, and organized. Safety and compliance are paramount, as you will monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary, adhering to all gaming and liquor laws. Additionally, you will work closely with security and other staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, while delivering service in line with Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service.

Requirements

• Proven bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Requires a state-issued Alcohol Server Permit, SNHD Food Handler's Health Card, and a Non-Gaming Card.

Responsibilities
