About The Position

The Model Marketing Bartender at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is responsible for providing excellent service to all guests by preparing, mixing, and pouring beverages. This role involves welcoming guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience in both day and nightlife settings. The bartender must adhere to established procedures for service and transaction closeout while also marketing the venue to potential customers. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of workstations, participating in modeling programs and special events, and following specific marketing guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a high volume, service-focused restaurant or nightclub.
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume nightclub environment preferred.
• Must possess a valid alcohol awareness card and a health department card.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
• Ability to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots.
• Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous modeling experience preferred.
• I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.
