About The Position
As a full-time Bartender in Kitchen Service, you will work behind the scenes in a service well setting, crafting beverages that elevate the guest experience even if you’re not face-to-face. You will be the go-to expert on our menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, ensuring every drink meets Beau Rivages' high standards. With your attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you’ll keep the bar well-stocked, organized, and polished, helping create those WOW moments that our guests will remember long after their visit.
Requirements
- Executes beverage mixing and serving with confidence

- Demonstrates availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Consistently provide a positive guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed
- Mentor and train Bar Porters on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
- Ensure guest safety by following proper drink/food handling, and sanitation procedures
