About The Position

Edison's Entertainment Complex is currently seeking part-time bartenders to join our team. This role is situated in a high-volume environment that demands a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Bartenders will report directly to the Food & Beverage Director and the Front of House Manager. The position involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, and adhering to safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality
• 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus)
• Basic math skills
• Commitment to teamwork
• Strong ability to communicate effectively
• An eye for detail
• The ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift
• Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Effectively communicate food and beverage menus
• Accurately take guests' orders
• Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check
• Handle cash transactions
• Set up and tear down rooms as needed
• Clean, stock, and maintain workstations throughout shift
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Adhere to company policies and philosophies
