The Cedars is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent Member experience.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer pertinent questions about drink items.
• Clear all tableware from tables and bar after service.
• Stock, restock, and rotate supplies.
• Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays.
• Maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for Member and guest charges.
• Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies.
• Be responsible for the amount of alcohol a member is served regardless of transportation mode.
