About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks according to standard recipes.
• Checks guests for proper identification and detects signs of guest inebriation.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, and verifies the validity of charges.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash drops securely.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards in the work area.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display in the bar area.
