About The Position

Summary Statement: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This role will also provide an industry leading experience, so guests will want to return again and again. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with property recipes. Review identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age. Manage the aesthetic of the bar top. Ensure cleanliness of bar equipment and working areas. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to: Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes and use of bar equipment. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred: Previous experience in Catering/Banquets. Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Minimum Education and Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older. 1 year experience in Food and Beverage. Preferred: Sommeliers Certification or similar professional beverage certifications.
