As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. Previous bartending experience is required for the position. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays. Requirements
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
- Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
- Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Collects payment for drinks served
- Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
