About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Knowledge of operating cash register and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• Speed and accuracy to maintain maximum efficiency.
• Flexibility with schedule based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic beverages within department and state liquor law guidelines.
• Prepare ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Operate a cash register and provide correct change.
• Maintain respectful control over guests at all times.
• Monitor guests' consumption of alcoholic beverages and intervene as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Be resourceful with beverages, fruit, and supplies to maintain low beverage costs.
