About The Position

The position involves interacting with high profile guests and celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming all guests in a pleasant manner, acting as a brand advocate by providing accurate information about venues, menus, and pricing, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. The role requires preparing and pouring drinks for customers and cocktail servers, processing cash transactions accurately, and converting cash to coin for customers playing slot machines. Adherence to the Cash Handling Policy is mandatory, and the ability to obtain a Non-Gaming License is required.

Requirements

• 6 months prior Bartender or Bar Apprentice experience.
• At least 1-year previous money handling position.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to interact with customers, public, and co-workers.
• Teamwork with other staff members.
• Ability to accurately count money and provide change.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process all cash transactions accurately and present customers with bar receipts.
• Convert cash to coin for customers playing slot machines.
• Follow the Cash Handling Policy and maintain integrity in all situations.
• Obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
