Provide service of all food items ordered by patrons and facilitate all banquets and special events under the direction of management. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Drive beverage cart for on course service. Perform all daily and general housekeeping duties. Maintain adequate stock levels in all coolers to insure all patrons' needs are fulfilled. Be familiar with all state and local laws pertaining to the service of food. Aid with the creation of new menu items and daily specials.
