About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lark Acme Hospitality in Santa Barbara, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Nice To Haves

• Experience in banquet or catering environments
• Proficiency in basic math including retail math calculations
• Familiarity with the food industry

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
• Upsell drinks and promote special offers to customers
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events
