About The Position

Fitometry Health Club is seeking a qualified and passionate Barre Instructor to provide top-notch fitness instruction to our valued members. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the field of ballet barre, and possess the ability to provide high quality, safe, and effective group fitness classes. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive barre fitness programs tailored to clients of all skill levels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Barre.
• Valid Certification in Barre instruction.
• A current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of various barre training techniques and the ability to apply them to all fitness levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• A strong ability to motivate and enthuse participants.
• Committed to maintaining personal integrity and own professional development.

Responsibilities

• Create, design and execute comprehensive barre fitness programs that cater to clients of all skill levels and fitness goals.
• Deliver high-energy and effectively managed workouts on a consistent schedule, inspiring participants through passion, dedication and commitment to health and fitness.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workout environment including correctly setting up and storing equipment before and after classes.
• Construct class routines that vary in intensity, complexity, and exercises to maintain member engagement and satisfaction.
• Track customers' progress and modify routines or advise on different techniques to ensure optimal training results.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests before, during, and after class.
