About The Position

The Barporter plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bars and restaurants by maintaining clean, well‑stocked, and organized work areas. Your ability to anticipate the needs of bartenders and front‑of‑house staff, assist with essential bar functions, and uphold high standards of cleanliness directly contributes to delivering a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Through reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to hospitality, you help create an environment where service runs effortlessly and guests can enjoy the exceptional quality and atmosphere that define the Live! Requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Minimum of six (6) months experience in the food and beverage field.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Ability to: Stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
Handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds frequently
Lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms,
Work under variable temperatures and noise levels
Use near vision, see details at close range

Responsibilities

Stock bar items daily.
Fill ice bins as needed.
Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs.
Empty garbage and clean up spills.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
