About The Position
In search of Barn Manager Rate of Pay $540/week plus room and board Qualifications At least 21 years old High School Diploma or GED Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training Experience teaching youth Horse care Responsibilities Oversee both the main barn and Lazy T equestrian programs Manage the overall health and scheduling of 20 horses Manage, lead, and support your staff Use horses to create impactful programs for kids Ensure program safety and progression Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training
- Experience teaching youth
- Horse care
