The Producer Coffee Studio is a vibrant local coffee shop located in Port Chester, NY, dedicated to creating a unique blend of coffee and creativity. Our baristas play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while crafting high-quality coffee beverages. We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time baristas who are passionate about coffee and eager to contribute to our dynamic environment. Whether you are an experienced barista or have at least one year of experience in a hospitality or service role, we welcome your application. As a barista at The Producer Coffee Studio, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our customers receive the best service possible. This includes welcoming customers warmly, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and developing a deep understanding of our coffee offerings, teas, and baked goods. You will take customer orders, make product recommendations, and process transactions efficiently. Additionally, you will prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using our La Marzocco espresso machinery, ensuring that each beverage meets our high standards. In this role, you will also assist in training new staff members, contributing to a culture of innovation by suggesting new coffee and tea beverages, and performing other duties as assigned. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in coffee preparation but also possess a passion for music and a desire to educate others about our products.
