About The Position

Coffee Dose is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista, referred to as a Vibe Dealer, to join our team. The role focuses on crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in coffee and tea, and will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

Requirements

• Previous specialty barista experience is a plus.
• Genuine interest and passion in coffee and tea.
• Great attitude and takes pride in work done.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and informing them about specials or new items.
• Answering questions and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, such as sandwiches and baked goods.
• Grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
• Properly handling, maintaining, and cleaning all equipment.
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Maintaining professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers.
• Being a responsible team player and taking initiative on tasks.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
