About The Position

Café La Lele is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our family-owned specialty coffee trailer. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and the potential for increased hours based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in specialty coffee preparation and a passion for customer service.

Requirements

• Experience as a specialty coffee Barista
• Food Handler Certification or Certified Food Manager
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Previous experience in a customer service role

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee trailer
• Engage with customers to gauge their preferences
• Operate brewing equipment and dial in espresso grinder
• Handle cash and process transactions using POS system
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
• Assist in training new baristas as needed
