This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role. This position will also have the opportunity to work at our Juanita Cafe! Requirements

Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Responsibilities

Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
