Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service.

Requirements

Must be flexible & team-oriented!
1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness.
Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
Interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies, and happiness.
Must be able to work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.
Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
Ensure food safety standards are being followed.
Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.
Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties.
Assist other team members as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
