About The Position
What You Will Do: Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant What We Are Looking For: Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome Why Atrium?
