Requirements

• Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people
• Excellent understanding of teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and ages of people
• Basic barista skills.
• Serve safe certified.
• Strong guest services skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years old to process alcohol sales
• Cash handling or register experience
• Basic understanding of food preparation and menu

Nice To Haves

• TIPS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all hot drinks including espresso drinks, hot chocolate and coffee
• Prepare all food items on the menu including milkshakes and smoothies
• Sell food, beverages, and snacks and provide information as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of store, especially counter space
• Stock retail shelves, bottled beverages, condiments and paper goods
• Keep customer areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service by exceeding guests’ expectations
• Keep restaurant tidy
• Keep condiments, cups, flatware and self-serve dispensers stocked and cleaned
• Operate cash resister/computer to record all transactions
