About The Position

Forefront Healthcare is seeking a Barista to operate our retail café located within the local hospital. This position plays an important front-of-the-house role, serving hospital staff, patients, residents, and visitors with friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining and stocking grab-and-go food items, serving daily food specials, and food preparation as needed. The Barista will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized café, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring displays are well-presented throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food service or basic food preparation, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. This position requires availability to work 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
