This individual is knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and takes pride in crafting the perfect beverage for all they serve. Your primary role will be delivering impeccable product and educating our customers on our offerings while making recommendations based on their preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista highly preferred
- An extensive knowledge of coffee, tea and other drink recipes
- A proactive and thoughtful nature
- Professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
Responsibilities
- Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
- Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
- Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
- Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
