The Barista is responsible for making and serving beverages such as coffee and tea, and serving/preparing food such as sandwiches, muffins, fruit, or cookies. Ensures display cases are presented in an appealing manner to customers. The Barista explains menu items to customers, accepts orders, and handles payments. The Barista is continuously expanding knowledge of coffee beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. The position ensures a clean and sanitized work environment and displays a customer friendly attitude at all times. Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
