About The Position

Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Performs duties of a barista in food/beverage preparation in accordance with sanitary regulations. Requires the use of an industrial cappuccino machine and previous experience preparing custom & menu-based cappuccino, latte and iced coffee drinks; as well as experience using a cash register and ability to provide customer service to patients, employees and customers. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Assists customers with beverage and retail sales. Operates cash registers and credit card machines. Cleans equipment, preparation area and work areas. Provides exceptional customer service. May assist in directing other team members in the absence of the Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service
• Requires the use of an industrial cappuccino machine and previous experience preparing custom & menu-based cappuccino, latte and iced coffee drinks; as well as experience using a cash register and ability to provide customer service to patients, employees and customers.
