About The Position
Join our dynamic Retail Services team at Meritus Medical Center as a Barista! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you’ll craft specialty coffee beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming café space, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a specialty coffee serving environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to order
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests and team members
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
