Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed Excellent communication, with great customer service skills. Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency. Calibrating the grind at regular intervals. Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
Requirements
- Proven Barista experience
- Able to work variable shifts that may start at 6am or finish at 5pm
- Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
- Both a team player and able to work autonomously
- Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
- High standard of work ethics and reliability
