Work Shift: Responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service. Responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. A professional that fulfills any additional duties the Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader assigns. Displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers. Qualifications: A. Education & Training: High School graduate or GED equivalent. B. Experience: None. C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: None. D.
