About The Position

The Barista will perform all tasks related to food and beverage service at Stompin' Grounds Market in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
• Basic knowledge of upscale food and beverage

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Previous experience in guest facing position preferred

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all menu items and general hotel information
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, warm, and energetic manner
• Follow all proper cash, credit card, and room charge procedures
• Use automated POS system to process guest orders
• Ensure general cleanliness of work area in accordance with all health and safety standards
• Prepare coffee and fresh juice bar beverages for guests
