About The Position

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

• Flexible to schedule from 5:30am - 4:00pm
• Available to work 25 - 35 hours/week
• Year-Round Availability
• Weekends and holiday availability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
• Handling food according to state health codes
• Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
• Teamwork
• Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
• Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
• Must have the ability to be organized and clean
