What you will do As a Barista, you’ll prepare and serve coffee/espresso beverages and small breakfast items for associates in our café. You’ll greet guests with warmth, maintain a clean and inviting space while upholding food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures, and ensure every order meets our high standards. You’ll also support team meetings and events by providing coffee service and snacks when needed. May at times serve as back-up support to Manager, assisting with vendor orders and overall daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Ability to work flexible hours up to 25 hours per week
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service skills, positive attitude, punctuality and reliability in all work tasks
  • Commitment to cleanliness, including personal hygiene and appearance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred, but not required
